Ephemeral audio
The current service processes meeting audio for live interpretation and is designed not to save it as a VoxaPulse meeting record. External providers may process audio transiently under their terms and the controls configured for VoxaPulse.
Consented transcripts
Saved transcripts require the configured participant consent and are normally retained for up to 30 days unless deleted sooner or a longer period is required for security, legal, or compliance reasons.
Operational evidence
Ordinary technical logs are generally retained for up to 30 days. Financial and audit records may be retained for up to seven years or longer when law, dispute handling, fraud prevention, or a valid legal hold requires it.
Processing locations
Information may be processed and stored in locations where VoxaPulse and its contracted providers operate. Processing locations and subprocessors can change. A location-specific commitment applies only when it is stated in a signed agreement. See the Privacy Policy for additional details.
