What’s included in your plan
Monthly tokens
A shared monthly balance for live translation across your organization. Tokens are consumed as participant audio is actively processed for translation.
Estimated translation time
An estimate based on the plan’s monthly token allowance. Translation usage is measured separately for every speaker: if two participants each speak for one minute, that uses two minutes. Only active translation processing is counted—not the meeting’s total duration or time spent waiting for both language sides to connect.
Member accounts
Accounts for employees who create and manage translation meetings. The employee who starts a meeting is that meeting’s owner. Your organization’s primary owner is included separately and does not use a member account allowance. Meeting participants are invited separately and assigned to one of two language groups, so they do not use member account allowances.
Concurrent meetings
The maximum number of live translation meetings your organization can run at the same time.

Usage depends on the conversation
Tokens are deducted from the translation work actually processed in each meeting. Usage can vary with the amount of speech translated, source transcription activity, the language pair and processing requirements, the number of people speaking in each group, overlapping speech, and other service conditions. The time shown with each plan is a planning estimate, not a fixed token-to-minute conversion. Your meeting usage record shows the measured debit.
